Cancellation & Rescheduling By clicking “I AGREE”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions: Cancellation by Wander Waves Palawan Guest safety is our top priority. Wander Waves Palawan reserves the right to cancel an expedition only under the following circumstances:

1. Severe Weather Conditions – When the Philippine Coast Guard issues a no-sail advisory or declares sea conditions unsafe.
2. Technical or Operational Issues – When the assigned vessel becomes unfit for operation due to mechanical or technical failure and no suitable replacement is available

In the event of cancellation by Wander Waves Palawan:

• A full refund of all payments made, excluding the 5% payment processing fee charged by the payment gateway, which is non-refundable; or
• Guests may choose to reschedule their expedition, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Guests Due to advance planning, logistics, permits, food provisioning, and crew arrangements, the following policies apply:

• All guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of notice period.
• No-shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date are strictly non-refundable.

However, special considerations may be discussed with Wander Waves Palawan in exceptional circumstances. Any consideration or accommodation:

• Is not guaranteed
• Will be evaluated solely at the discretion of the company
• Does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund

Modifications & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
• Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
• Requests made within 7 days of departure may incur additional charges due to operational and supplier costs.

Payment Terms

Deposit Payment

• A 5% payment processing fee charged by the payment gateway is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival (or before departure, as instructed by Wander Waves Palawan).
• Failure to settle the remaining balance may result in the inability to join the expedition.

Final Acknowledgment By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You understand and accept the no-refund policy for guest-initiated cancellations.
• Weather-related cancellations are governed solely by official Philippine Coast Guard advisories.
• The 5% payment processing fee is non-refundable, even if a booking is canceled or refunded.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash as required by Wander Waves Palawan.
• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
